2. Print application forms, complete and
sign .
3. Fax your forms to 206-776-4656. We will
call you upon receipt.
4. To validate your application the
following documents will be required:
A copy of business license.
Drivers license of person signing the
application.
A voided business check.
5. Retain a copy of application and terms and conditions for your
records.
The above information will be submitted to Pinnacle Processing for
validation and approval of account. Turn around time to set up an
account is 24 to 48 hours. |
